Job Description
Main Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards and presentation guidelines.
- Take responsibility for a specific section of the kitchen and ensure its smooth operation
- Ensure all food prepareation is completed efficiently and on time
- Maintain High standards of food quality, presentation, and portion control
- Maintain a clean and organised workstation at all times
- Follow all hygiene, food safety and HACCP Procedures.
- Work closely with other members of the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar Kitchen position
- Good knowledge of Food preparation and cooking techniques
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Good organisation and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
