Job Description

On behalf of our client, a leading and well-established organisation in Cyprus, we are seeking an HR Consultant to join their HR team on a fixed-term contract until February 2027.


HR Consultant – Ref. (6215/HC/ESS/CY)


Location: Larnaca, Hybrid (Fixed-Term Contract)

The Role:

As an HR Consultant, you will act as an independent and trusted advisor to employees and managers, supporting day-to-day people matters and helping strengthen employee satisfaction, engagement, and workplace wellbeing.
You will play a key role in supporting the employee lifecycle, managing sensitive workplace matters, analysing HR indicators, and contributing to initiatives that enhance employee experience and organisational culture.
This role is ideal for a proactive, people-oriented professional who enjoys working closely with teams, building relationships, and making a meaningful impact within a dynamic business environment.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main HR point of contact for employees and managers across the business.

  • Provide guidance, support, and mediation on employee relations matters and workplace challenges.

  • Support conflict resolution and contribute to maintaining a positive working environment

  • Monitor and analyse HR KPIs, including employee turnover and engagement indicators.

  • Support the implementation of action plans and people initiatives.

  • Provide support in handling sensitive employee matters, including equality and workplace harassment-related issues.

  • Participate in onboarding and integration processes for new employees.

  • Conduct exit interviews and support employee satisfaction initiatives and surveys.

  • Contribute to employee engagement activities, internal events, and wellbeing initiatives.

  • Support Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) related actions and HR projects.

  • Travel regularly across Cyprus to support different business locations and teams.

What We’re Looking For:

  • University degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, Social Sciences, or a related field.

  • 1–2 years of previous experience, ideally within HR, employee relations, or a consulting-related role.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong empathy, emotional intelligence, and problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to manage sensitive situations with professionalism and confidentiality

  • Fluent Greek and very good command of English, both verbal and written

  • Familiarity with Google Workspace will be considered an advantage

  • Holder of a valid driving license and comfortable with frequent travel across Cyprus.
