Job Opportunity:  Accountant

Location: Limassol, Cyprus

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: Competitive, based on qualification & experience (Standard range: €26000-30000)

About the role 

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant to join our growing team. The successful candidate will manage financial records, ensure compliance with Cyprus Tax regulations, and support our finance department in delivering high-quality reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records
• Tax Compliance: Prepare and submit monthly VAT and VIES declaration in accordance with Cyprus Legislation.
• Payroll & Social Insurance: Assist in the preparation of payroll and ensure timely submission of Social Insurance, GHS, and SDC calculations.
• Reconciliations: Perform regular bank, debtor and creditor reconciliations.

Candidate Profile

• Education: Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Qualifications: progress toward or completion of ACCA, ACA or CPA is highly advantageous.
• Experience: 3 years of experience in an accounting or audit firm in Cyprus 
• Languages: Fluency in English and Greek written and verbal is essential.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Excel and experienced with local accounting software.

Monday – Thursday: 08:00- 13:00, 13:30-16:30

Friday: 08:00- 13:30
