Administrative Officer, NPL Recoveries

Responsibilities
The successful candidate will report to the NPL Recoveries Manager of the NPL Department. Main responsibilities include:
· Responsible for providing administration support for the effective management of a portfolio of non-performing loans
· Communicate with obligors to collect the necessary financial information
· Coordinate all internal/external stakeholders to implement the approved recovery solutions
· Collect information from Artemis , Land registry and other sources
· Maintain records and files for the Recovery Unit
· Perform any other duties assigned by the Manager of the Department
Profile of the ideal candidate
· Bachelor’s and / or Master’s Degree in the field of Economics / Finance / Business Administration or in a related field and / or Professional Qualification (ACCA, ACA, ACIB / AIB)
· Ability to communicate with confidence
· Methodical
· Strong time-management and prioritization skills
· High levels of integrity and work ethic
· Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)
· Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English language both verbal and written
