We’re on the lookout for an experienced and skilled Bartender who brings energy, charm, and provides consistent, high-quality service across all shifts!

Job Responsibilities

·        Engaging with guests and offering personalized drink recommendations.

·        Take customer orders for drink items, using upselling techniques to enhance the guest experience.

·        Maintaining a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar.

·        Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations.

·        Supporting during Events.

·        Respond promptly to guest requests and refer any complex queries to the F&B Management team.

·        Collaborate with service team members to ensure seamless service flow.

·        Carry out assigned side duties as directed by the F&B Management team.

·        Clear bar efficiently throughout the shift to maintain a tidy environment.

·        Handle guest checks accurately and ensure secure payment processing.

Requirements

·        2-3 years of bartending experience in a fast paced environment within a 4-star or 5-star hotel or resort setting.

·        Excellent communication in English is essential. Fluency in Greek is a strong advantage.

·        Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and beverage trends.

·        Proven ability to provide outstanding service with a friendly and professional demeanor.

·        Comfortable working collaboratively in a high-energy, team-focused environment.

·        Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

·        Professional appearance and a positive, proactive attitude.

·        Familiarity with proper table settings and service standards.

·        Good physical stamina and ability to work in outdoor environments.

·        Ability to confidently describe menu items, pricing, and preparation methods to guests. 

·        Applicants must hold EU nationality without the need for a visa sponsor or valid work permit
