Αν είσαι Bartender και πιστεύεις ότι το bar είναι κάτι περισσότερο από μια δουλειά, ίσως πρέπει να μιλήσουμε.

Ένα από τα πιο αναγνωρισμένα cocktail bars στην Κύπρο αλλά και διεθνώς, το Lost + Found Drinkery, αναζητά Lead Bartender ή έναν ενθουσιώδη και αφοσιωμένο Bartender που θέλει να εξελιχθεί σε ένα world-class bar περιβάλλον.

Δεν ψάχνουμε απλά κάποιον που να φτιάχνει ποτά.
Ψάχνουμε ανθρώπους που αγαπούν το bar.

• Πραγματική εμπειρία σε busy bar
• Σεβασμός στο craft
  
   

Δεν μας ενδιαφέρουν τα μεγάλα βιογραφικά.
Αν έχεις δουλέψει σε busy bar, αν αντέχεις την πίεση και αν συνεχίζεις να χαμογελάς στις 01:30 το βράδυ, τότε θέλουμε να σε γνωρίσουμε.

 

Τι θα μάθεις μαζί μας:

• Εκπαίδευση και καθοδήγηση από την ομάδα μας
• Βασικές και advanced τεχνικές mixology
• Χρήση εργαστηριακού εξοπλισμού (centrifuge, clarification, prep techniques κ.λπ.)
• Συμμετοχή στη δημιουργία cocktails και menu development
• Συμμετοχή σε guest shifts, bar events και διεθνείς συνεργασίες
• Ανάπτυξη ταχύτητας, ακρίβειας και υψηλού επιπέδου service

One of the most recognized cocktail bars in Cyprus and internationally, Lost + Found Drinkery, is looking for a Lead Bartender or an enthusiastic, and dedicated bartender who wants to grow in a world-class bar environment.

We’re not simply looking for someone who can make drinks.

We’re looking for people who truly love the bar.

If you’ve worked in a busy bar, if you can handle pressure, and if you can still smile at 01:30 in the morning, then we want to meet you.

What you will learn with us:

• Training and guidance from our team
• Fundamental and advanced mixology techniques
• Use of laboratory equipment (centrifuge, clarification, prep techniques, etc.)
• Participation in cocktail creation and menu development
• Participation in guest shifts, bar events, and international collaborations
• Development of speed, precision, and high-level service
