As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking an experienced and dedicated Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team.
Duties and responsibilities:
Developing growth strategies and plans
Managing and retaining relationships with current partners
Planning and overseeing international marketing initiatives.
Researching organisations and individuals to find new opportunities.
Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
Writing business proposals
Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs
Researching business opportunities and viable income streams
Following international industry trends
Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements
Skills and Qualifications:
A university degree from an English speaking university
Excellent command of the English language
Excellent communication skills
Proven ability to negotiate
Experience with design and implementation of a business development strategy
Experience in sales, marketing or business development.
Excellent organizational skills.
