Job Description

Main Responsibilities

• Prepare, cut and portion meat according to the hotel's standards and requirements
• Ensure proper handling, storage and preservation of all meat products
• Prepare meat for daily kitchen operations and food production.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety at all times
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of knives, cutting equipment and other tools
• Work closely with the Executive Chef and kitchen team to meet daily production requirements
• Follow all Hotel policies and HACCP procedure

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Butched 
• Good Knowledge of different types and cuts of meat
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Good knife skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced kitchen environment
• Ability to work as a part of a team
• Reliability, responsibility and a professional attitude
