Job Description

 Louis Hotels, a chain of 25 hotels & resorts with over 80 years of experience in the hospitality industry, is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team in Paphos Imperial Island Resort as the Host/Hostess  and contribute towards our commitment to excellence in hospitality.

Main Responsibilities:

·         Meet and greet guests and escort them to their designated tables with at most professional manner.

·         Ensure that the guests receive excellent customer service.

·         Provide guests with information and any assistance as requested.

·         Ensure complete and consistent cleanliness of the host/hostess area.

·         Cater to guests who require extra attention

·         Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit, and debit card payments.

·          Maintain a balanced cash register, ensuring accurate cash handling and reporting discrepancies when they occur.

·         Answer customer inquiries regarding menu items, specials, and payment methods.
 

Job Requirements:

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest service mindset.

·         Excellent command of the English language. Knowledge of any other language will be considered an advantage.

·         Previous experience in a cashier or customer service role is preferred.

·         Ability to handle transactions with attention to detail and accuracy.

·         Exceptional guest service mindset.

·         Willingness to work during peak hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

·         EU Nationality or eligibility to work within the EU.
