Job Description

Main responsibilities:

- Manage employee relations and support employee wellbeing

- Recruitment, screenings, interviews, selection and onboarding of new employees

- Coordinate employee training and training plan

- Support Department Heads

- Together with Department Heads and General Manager, identifies employees for development, recommends and monitors individual development plans

- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation

- Follow company policies and labour legislation

- Handling all procedures required for employees from third countries and communicating with the agents

- Assist with payroll, benefits, leave and other personnel administration

- Promote a positive and professional working environment

- Support Health & Safety and hotel HR standards

Requirements:

- Previous experience in an HR role, preferably in the hospitality industry

- Good communication and organisational skills

- Professional and positive attitude

- Ability to work effectively as part of a team

- Very good knowledge of English
