Job Description

About the Role: RedMax Technologies Ltd is looking for a driven and technically versatile IT & Network Manager to take ownership of our network infrastructure, lead IT operations, and help shape the technology direction of the business. You will be the go-to expert for both internal stakeholders and external clients, bridging strategy with day-to-day execution across projects and departments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain the company's network infrastructure for maximum
uptime and performance
- Oversee the smooth daily operation of the IT department and ensure network and service
continuity across all business functions
- Design IT and network related solutions for company projects and present them to
potential or existing customers, managing follow-up
- Manage datacenter equipment including servers, networking hardware and software, and
IT systems, ensuring all assets are properly maintained, documented, and within lifecycle
- Minimize network risk and downtime through proactive monitoring, maintenance, and risk
mitigation strategies
- Identify and recommend business opportunities enabled by IT, supporting growth and
operational efficiency
- Contribute to the company's strategic plans, forecasts, and technology roadmaps
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to ensure the smooth execution of
designated projects and company-wide initiatives
- Ensure the secure, reliable 24/7 operation of datacenter IT equipment, overseeing
incident response, root cause analysis, and preventive action to maintain service
availability

 

What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in IT/Network management or a senior IT infrastructure/operations
role
- Strong knowledge of network design, administration, and security best practices
- Demonstrated ability to design and present IT and/or network solutions to both technical
and non-technical audiences, including clients
- Experience managing third-party vendors and subcontractors, ensuring quality and
accountability
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across departments and with external
stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering,
or a related field
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g. ITIL, CCNA/CCNP, or similar) are a strong
advantage
