Job Description

Wavemaker Hospitality is seeking an experienced IT Specialist to oversee and manage the IT infrastructure and systems of Mare in Ayia Napa. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, security, and efficiency of all IT systems, networks, and technology-related services across both hotels.

 

         Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth operation of hotel IT systems, networks, and infrastructure
• Provide technical support to hotel staff (hardware, software, POS, PMS)
• Maintain network connectivity, servers, and IT equipment
• Support hotel systems including PMS, POS, CCTV, key card, telephony, and Wi-Fi
• Implement basic cybersecurity measures and data backup procedures

• Coordinate with external IT vendors when required

   

  Requirements:

• Background in Computer Science or related field
• Previous experience in IT support (hotel experience will be considered an advantage)
• Knowledge of hotel systems and networking
• Good command of the English language

• Proactive, reliable, and able to support multiple locations
