Job Description
D.A FRANGOS AGENCY LTD is seeking an IT Support Specialist to strengthen our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and management of the company's IT systems
- Management and maintenance of servers and corporate network
- Administration of Windows Servers and Group Policy Objects(GPOs)
- Monitoring and support of LAN/WAN and VPN connections
- Management of backup systems and email systems
- Administration and support of databases(SQL)
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent knowledge of Greek and English
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and enterprise applications
- Experience with Windows OS and Windows Servers
- Knowledge of GPOs,LAN/WAN and VPNs
- Good knowledge of SQL and database management
- Knowledge of APIs and cloud systems will be considered an advantage
- Ability to work under pressure and resolve technical issues quickly
Work Schedule:08:00-17:00(including 1 hour break)
