Θέση Εργασίας: IT Support Officer & Social Media Support 

Το Ιατρικό μας Κέντρο, στο πλαίσιο της συνεχούς ανάπτυξής του, επιθυμεί να προσλάβει IT Support Officer & Social Media Support για ενίσχυση του Τμήματος Πληροφορικής και Επικοινωνίας.

Ο/Η κατάλληλος/η υποψήφιος/α θα είναι υπεύθυνος/η για την ομαλή λειτουργία των πληροφοριακών συστημάτων του οργανισμού, καθώς και για τη βασική διαχείριση και υποστήριξη των εταιρικών social media platforms.

Κύρια Καθήκοντα:

• Παροχή τεχνικής υποστήριξης προς το προσωπικό του οργανισμού
• Εγκατάσταση, συντήρηση και αναβάθμιση Η/Υ, εκτυπωτών και περιφερειακού εξοπλισμού
• Διαχείριση λογαριασμών χρηστών, Microsoft 365 και εταιρικών συστημάτων
• Παρακολούθηση και υποστήριξη δικτύων, backup και IT security διαδικασιών
• Επίλυση τεχνικών προβλημάτων hardware και software
• Συνεργασία με εξωτερικούς παρόχους και τεχνικούς συνεργάτες
• Διαχείριση και ενημέρωση των social media λογαριασμών του Ιατρικού Κέντρου
• Δημιουργία και προγραμματισμός αναρτήσεων σε συνεργασία με τη διοίκηση
• Παρακολούθηση online παρουσίας και βασική επικοινωνία μέσω social media platforms

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

• Πτυχίο στην Πληροφορική, Digital Media ή συναφή κλάδο
• Προηγούμενη εμπειρία σε αντίστοιχη θέση θα θεωρηθεί επιπλέον προσόν
• Πολύ καλή γνώση Windows environments, Microsoft 365 και βασικών δικτυακών υποδομών
• Εξοικείωση με Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn και εργαλεία social media management
• Βασικές γνώσεις δημιουργίας περιεχομένου (content posting/editing) θα θεωρηθούν επιπλέον προσόν
• Ικανότητα ανάλυσης και επίλυσης προβλημάτων
• Υπευθυνότητα, επαγγελματισμός και ομαδικό πνεύμα
• Άριστη γνώση Ελληνικής και καλή γνώση Αγγλικής γλώσσας

Job Vacancy: IT Support Officer & Social Media Support 

Our Medical Center, as part of its continuous growth and development, is seeking to recruit an  IT Support Officer & Social Media Support professional to strengthen its IT and Communications Department.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the smooth operation of the organization’s IT systems, as well as the management and support of the company’s social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to the organization’s staff
• Install, maintain, and upgrade computers, printers, and peripheral equipment
• Manage user accounts, Microsoft 365, and company systems
• Monitor and support networks, backup systems, and IT security procedures
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
• Coordinate with external IT providers and technical partners
• Manage and update the Medical Center’s social media accounts
• Create and schedule social media content in collaboration with management
• Monitor the organization’s online presence and handle basic communication through social media platforms

Requirements

• Degree in Information Technology, Digital Media, or a related field
• Previous experience in a similar position will be considered an advantage
• Very good knowledge of Windows environments, Microsoft 365, and basic networking infrastructure
• Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and social media management tools
• Basic content creation and editing skills will be considered an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Professionalism, responsibility, and team spirit
• Excellent command of Greek and good command of English
