Job Description

• Reviewing and/or drafting of resolutions/minutes/PoAs;
• Preparation of Annual General Meetings;
• Reviewing and/or drafting of legal documentation such as Engagement Letters, SPAs, SHAs, Loan Agreements and any other type of agreements requested.
• Drafting of special Memorandum and Articles of Association in accordance with the client's needs.
• Preparation and submission of applications to the Registrar of Companies for changes in the company's structure;
• Commercial and Trade Agreements
• Real Estate Including Sales/Reservation Agreements
• Migration (Pink Slip, Yellow Slip, BCS, Citizenship Applications etc)
• Liaising with local authorities, accountants, lawyers where necessary.
• Basic court knowledge
• Assisting with legal, administrative and document management support

Qualifications/Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in Law.
• Practical knowledge with the Department of Registrar of Companies in Cyprus.
• Very good knowledge of the AML compliance requirements.
• Very good knowledge of the Companies Law(Cap.113).
• Fluent English and Greek Language (speaking and writing).
• Ability to multitask
• Focused and Meticulous
• Good organizational and time management skills.
