Marketing Officer
Job Description
The Marketing Officer supports the execution of the company’s marketing and communication activities across digital and offline channels. The role is responsible for coordinating with external agencies and suppliers, maintaining the company website and social media presence, supporting marketing campaigns, and ensuring brand consistency across all communication materials.
This is a hands-on operational role that works closely with internal departments and external partners to ensure the smooth implementation of marketing initiatives. The position reports directly to the Marketing & Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day marketing activities with external agencies.
- Support the implementation of marketing campaigns, promotions, events, and awareness activities.
- Monitor campaign execution and ensure deadlines are met.
- Maintain and update the company website, including uploading content, updating service information, banners, and announcements.
- Support the management of social media platforms and digital communication channels.
- Coordinate email marketing communications and newsletters when required.
- Ensure all digital content aligns with company branding and communication standards.
- Assist in creating and coordinating marketing content for social media, website, brochures, presentations, and campaigns.
- Work with medical, laboratory, and operational teams to collect accurate information for marketing materials.
- Prepare monthly marketing activity reports and campaign summaries.
- Maintain marketing files, supplier records, and campaign documentation.
- Assist in budget tracking and invoice coordination related to marketing activities.
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with company policies, brand guidelines, and applicable regulations.
Required Knowledge & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Intermediate knowledge of marketing, digital marketing, and social media management.
- Strong English language skills and computer literacy.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinking and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently while coordinating multiple external partners.
The successful candidate will be based in Nicosia Medical Center, Strovolos.
