Due to continuous growth, we are seeking to recruit an experienced and hard-working Mechanical Site Engineer to join our Mechanical Installations team.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The successful candidate will be responsible for the supervision, coordination, and execution of mechanical installation projects on-site, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to specifications.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate mechanical works on-site.
Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with design drawings and specifications.
Review and prepare project design documentation and drawings.
Perform design calculations where required.
Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal departments.
Prepare, verify, and submit executed works documentation to Accounts accurately and on time.
Organize and maintain proper project filing systems.
Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company procedures.
Contribute to improving internal processes and controls.
Key Skills & Experience
Degree in Engineering.
Proven ability to manage site activities independently.
Experience in AutoCAD or other 2D/3D engineering design tools – preferred.
Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
Fluent in Greek and English (written and spoken).
Ethical, trustworthy, reliable, and professional.
Dynamic, results-oriented, and self-motivated.
Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
