Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

Deal with guest check in/out of guests and groups and deal with daily enquiries
Taking reservations by telephone or email
Execute their part as per the Organisational chart
High customer orientation and strong communication
Successfully deal with customer complaints
Address and troubleshoot problems arising in daily operation
Ensure the sale of additional hotel services beyond accommodation (upgrades etc.)
To undertake basic office duties including correspondence, emails, filing and to ensure the smooth running of the reception area.

Ability to work Nights  23:00 until 07:30.

Requirements:

High school graduate or equivalent or diploma related to the hospitality sector 
Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar role
Computer Knowledge: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Theova PMS preferable or other PMS
Languages: Proficiency in English (oral and written)
