Due to the continuing growth of our business, we are seeking to employ a driven and enthusiastic person to join our office in Limassol as a Office Administrator.

REQUIREMENTS

  • High School Leaving Certificate
  • Degree in secretarial studies or relevant field will be considered as an advantage
  • Relevant working experience in accounting/secretarial fields will be considered an advantage
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office especially Excel and Word
  • Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English languages (written and spoken).
  • Pleasant personality and positive attitude
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritization of work

DUTIES

  • Managing daily secretarial, administrative and organizational task
  • Preparation of emails and letters
  • Welcoming and assisting clients
  • Directing telephone requests
  • Dealing with electronic and hard copy archiving of client documents
  • Reception duties
  • Setting up and managing appointments
  • Answering managing phone calls
  • Flexible and easily adaptable to new tasks

REMUNERATION

  • A competitive salary will be offered to successful candidate, depending on qualifications and experience
  • 13th salary
  • Friday afternoons off
  • Casual Friday
  • 3 working schedule options to choose from
  • Paid sick leave up to 4 days p.a.
  • 2 Partner’s days off p.a.
  • Training and development program 21 hours p.a.

The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, team player, strong organization, and time management skills and highly motivated.
