Office Administrator – Limassol
We are looking to hire a motivated and organized Office Administrator to join our team in Limassol on a full-time basis. The role involves supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the office, handling communication, maintaining records, and assisting management with administrative duties.
Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and daily correspondence.
- Maintain organized filing systems and company records.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and office schedules.
- Prepare letters, reports, and other administrative documentation.
- Update internal records, databases, and office files.
- Provide general administrative support to management and staff.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative, office support, or secretarial position.
- Excellent written and spoken Greek and good written and spoken English.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Professional attitude and ability to work efficiently under daily priorities.
