Job Description

Office Administrator – Limassol

We are looking to hire a motivated and organized Office Administrator to join our team in Limassol on a full-time basis. The role involves supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the office, handling communication, maintaining records, and assisting management with administrative duties.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and daily correspondence.
  • Maintain organized filing systems and company records.
  • Coordinate appointments, meetings, and office schedules.
  • Prepare letters, reports, and other administrative documentation.
  • Update internal records, databases, and office files.
  • Provide general administrative support to management and staff.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative, office support, or secretarial position.
  • Excellent written and spoken Greek and good written and spoken English.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Professional attitude and ability to work efficiently under daily priorities.
