Job Description
Candidate Requirements:
- Excellent command of the Greek and English languages
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent knowledge of the Internet
- Pleasant and cooperative personality
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Confidence in communication
- Outstanding leadership and organizational skills
- Previous experience in a similar role and/or a diploma or degree will be considered an advantage
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer service and support
- Drafting offers, contracts, and agreements in Greek and English
- Managing incoming and outgoing communications
- Supporting the management team in various processes and tasks
- Performing general administrative duties
- Developing and maintaining an organized electronic filing system
- Managing emails and monitoring electronic correspondence
- Managing corporate social media accounts and websites
- Drafting content for corporate websites, social media, and newsletters in both Greek and English
