Job Description

Pafilia Property Developers Ltd is seeking to recruit an Office Engineer.

 

Location: Minthis, Paphos

 

Responsibilities:

 

· Calculate quantities & prepare purchase orders by verifying specifications quantities & price

· Issue tender documents and invitations tenders to potentials suppliers

· Forwarding orders to suppliers, monitoring and expediting orders

· Keep information accessible by sorting & filling documents

· Build & maintain good relation with existing & new supplies

· Monitor site deliveries in terms of compatibility of deliveries with PO specs.

· Review deliveries against the orders

· Track the status of any order

· Keep constant check on stock levels

· Research of new materials for design & cost saving

· Allocate codes in all invoices

• Prepare quotations for the clients
• Search for materials & get quotations from suppliers/subcontractors regarding client’s requests
• Prepare presentations for finishes & extras for the clients

 

Necessary Requirements:

• University degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveyor or any other related field of studies
• Accredited Member of ETEK
• Work experience in construction industry is a plus
• Fluency in Greek and English language both in oral and written
• Excellent computer skills, MS Office, Internet and Outlook Express
