We’re Hiring: Pizza Dough Specialist
We are developing a new, high-quality pizza concept and are looking for a skilled Pizza Dough Specialist to lead the execution of our dough program.
This role is focused on craftsmanship, consistency, and a deep understanding of fermentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute, refine, and ensure consistency of our signature pizza dough, following recipes developed by our consultant
Manage fermentation processes (timing, hydration, temperature)
Oversee daily dough production and quality control
Requirements:
Proven experience with pizza dough and fermentation
Strong technical knowledge of dough processes
Experience in a professional kitchen environment
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
Team-oriented with leadership ability
