The Sous Chef acts as the primary operational leader of the kitchen, focusing on the expert supervision of daily service and the seamless management of the culinary team.
This role centers on maintaining the highest standards of execution, ensuring that every dish consistently meets the club's luxury and nutritional benchmarks through rigorous quality control and hands-on leadership.
They are responsible for the entire supply chain, including sourcing materials from suppliers, putting processes for effective inventory management, complying with food health & safety regulations and ensuring cost-effective procurement without compromising on quality.
