Property Management Executive

An exciting opportunity for a Property Management Executive is available at one of Larnaca's top expanding Property Development Company.

Responsibilities:

• Handle Communal Management Queries
• Handle Property Management Queries
• Prepare Rentals and Tenancy Agreements
• Maintain Key Management of all properties
• Updates and Notices on Management Committee Groups via whatsapp or email
• Updating CRM System with all tasks
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and inspections of properties
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and fire regulations
• Handle tenant communication, requests, and complaints in a timely manner
• Coordinate and ensure works are completed by sub-contractors
• Manage expenses and invoices for works carried out to the relevant parties. i.e. Landlord, owner or our company
• Manage rental payments
• Ensure common areas are clean, safe, and properly maintained by our cleaning companies
• Ensure landscaping, lift maintenances, pest control are completed on time and correctly

Requirements:

• Min 3 years’ experience in a Property Management position
• Fluency in Greek and English
• A degree in a relevant field is considered an advantage
