A group of companies is seeking a reliable, organised and proactive Property Manager to oversee approximately 10 immovable properties and coordinate their maintenance, promotion and letting.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day upkeep of the properties and carry out regular inspections.
Liaise with plumbers, electricians, technicians, cleaners and other service providers.
Obtain quotations, arrange repairs and maintenance, and monitor the quality and timely completion of works.
Handle rental enquiries and arrange and conduct viewings with prospective tenants.
Promote available properties through social media and online property platforms, keeping listings and photographs up to date.
Act as the main contact for tenants and follow up on property-related requests.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance works, expenses and rental enquiries, and report regularly to management.
Candidate Requirements
A responsible and practical approach, with strong organisational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks and follow matters through to completion.
Previous experience in property management, lettings or facilities coordination would be an advantage.
Familiarity with social media and online property advertising.
Good command of Greek and English.
A valid driving licence and willingness to travel between properties.
