Job Description
The Role
We are seeking a motivated and personable Real Estate Consultant to join our growing team. The role involves managing client enquiries, conducting property viewings, and progressing sales and lettings transactions from initial enquiry through to completion.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, has strong local knowledge (or is keen to develop it), and wants to build a career in Cyprus real estate.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling incoming buyer and tenant enquiries (local and international)
- Conducting property viewings and follow-ups
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and property owners
- Matching buyers/tenants to suitable properties
- Assisting with valuations and property listings
- Negotiating offers and supporting transactions through to completion
- Maintaining accurate records within the CRM system
- Supporting marketing initiatives and property promotion
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, real estate, or a client-facing role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, well-presented, and confident manner
- Fluent English (additional languages are an advantage)
- Full driving licence and own transport
- Good knowledge of the Paphos/Aphrodite Hills area (or willingness to learn)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
