We are currently seeking an ambitious and sophisticated Sales Consultant to join our team in Limassol and represent our portfolio of premium residential developments.

This opportunity is ideal for a confident, elegant, and commercially driven professional who is passionate about real estate, client relationships, and high-level sales.

The successful candidate will play a central role in the promotion and sale of apartments across our residential projects, guiding clients through every stage of the purchasing journey with professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Present and successfully sell apartments within our residential developments.
  • Conduct property presentations, viewings, and tours for prospective clients and real estate agents.
  • Build, manage, and expand our agency network within Cyprus and internationally.
  • Maintain and oversee the company’s CRM system and client communications.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with local and overseas investors, agencies, and strategic partners.
  • Represent the company at international real estate exhibitions, networking events, and industry showcases.
  • Manage reservation agreements, sales agreements, KYC procedures, and related administrative processes.
  • Deliver an exceptional after-sales experience aligned with the standards of the company.
  • Consistently follow up on leads and drive sales opportunities to successful closings.

 

Candidate Profile:

  • Previous experience in real estate sales or luxury client-facing environments.
  • Strong sales acumen with the ability to confidently negotiate and close transactions.
  • Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Professional appearance and confident interpersonal manner.
  • Organised, proactive, and target-oriented mindset.
  • Experience working with CRM systems.
  • Fluency in Russian is essential.
  • Advanced English is required; additional languages will be considered an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel when required.
  • The ability to work independently, strategically, and with attention to detail.
