Job Description

CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an international corporate branding and promotional products company, with newly established offices here in Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit a Sales Executive to join their growing team based in Nicosia. As a Sales Executive, you will generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach, build strong client relationships, and ultimately drive revenue growth. Our client is seeking applicants who possess at least 2+ years of proven experience in sales, with any specific experience working with promotional products or B2B sales considered a distinct advantage. You will need to be fluent in Greek and English, and possess outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. This role is suited to individuals who are proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable generating their own opportunities.

 

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Generate new business through calls, visits, and outreach.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets.

 

Key Skills/Experience: 

• At least 2+ years of proven experience in sales is mandatory.
• Experience in promotional products or B2B sales is highly desirable.
• Fluency in both verbal and written Greek and English.
• An existing network of contacts in Cyprus will be considered a plus.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
