Secretary
Job Description
The duties include:
• Organize the office and assist the partners in daily matters by following the company procedures
• Switchboard (answering and transferring telephone calls)
• Managing of incoming/outgoing post
• Typing and copying documents
• Managing of stationery and office consumables
• Manage day-to-day administrative tasks such as calendar management, meeting planning, scheduling
• External duties (banks, post office, authorities)
• Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information and documentation
• File and retrieve documents, records and reports
• Liaising with clients directly and the company’s associates
• Ad-hoc duties related to the above tasks
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in a similar position
• Previous experience in corporate, fiduciary and/or audit environment will be considered a plus
• A good, friendly, professional telephone manner and attitude towards guests and clients
• Excellent command of the Greek and English languages both verbal and written
• Computer Literate (MS Office applications)
• Fast learner, motivated to expand their knowledge
• Exceptional organisation and communication skills
• Ability to work and perform their tasks on their own
• Approachable with excellent people skills and a team-player
