Philippou Law Firm is seeking an Administrator to join our expanding team in Paphos. This role focuses primarily on the incorporation and ongoing administration of companies, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and supporting corporate clients independently.
Responsibilities:
Handle the complete process of incorporating companies in Cyprus and other jurisdictions.
Prepare and file statutory forms, resolutions, and corporate documents with the Registrar of Companies.
Maintain and update corporate registers, shareholder information, and company records.
Coordinate annual returns, renewals, filings, and ongoing company compliance obligations.
Act as the main point of contact for corporate clients, offering guidance on incorporation procedures, compliance timelines, and administrative requirements.
Liaise with banks, regulators, authorities, auditors, and external partners on behalf of clients.
Manage client onboarding and KYC/AML procedures in line with regulatory standards.

Qualifications:
Fluency in English (mandatory); additional languages are an advantage
Prior experience is a plus but not required
