Position Overview

We are hiring a Technical Engineer to support our team of exceptional & qualified individuals working under the leadership of the company’s Technology Director, at our Headquarters location at the Agios Athanasios Industrial Area in Limassol.  Key Responsibilities

·         Assist in all technical aspects of work carried out to ensure that it meets Company’s requirements.

·         Assist in the fire suppression system installation drawings.

·         Assist in carrying out required test sheets for new products and client batch reports.

·         Assist in resolving technical issues in the production lines.

·         Provide technical input for product design, process improvements, and equipment upgrades.

·         Assist the Technology Director and Operations Director in their special project duties.

·         Participate in the development and upgrading of current FirePro products and systems.

·         Collaborate effectively with all members of the Technology Department.

·         Collaborate cross-functionally with production, quality, to ensure timely project delivery.

·         Support the development and optimization of new and existing products, materials, and processes.

·         Participate in technical problem-solving, and continuous improvement initiatives.

·         Ensure products and processes meet applicable industry standards, quality standards, customer specifications, certification standards and regulatory requirements.

·         Support the development of technical documentation, testing, and certification processes.

·         Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant technologies, materials, and best practices.

·         Communicate effectively across departments and with international partners, certification bodies, suppliers, etc.

Requirements

·         University degree in mechanical engineering

·         Excellent knowledge in SolidWorks computer aided design. 

·         Work experience in a related field, especially in manufacturing and production processes, project management and production line optimization will be considered an advantage.

·         Very good knowledge of written and spoken English language.

·         Excellent communication, organization, and team working skills.

·         Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

·         Integrity of character.

 Working Hours

Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.
