Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the agency, listings, and services
- Manage social media platforms, website content, and online advertising campaigns
- Create marketing materials including brochures, presentations, email campaigns, and property advertisements
- Coordinate professional photography, videography, and property staging for listings
- Plan and manage lead generation campaigns through Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital channels
- Monitor and improve SEO performance and website traffic
- Organize and promote open houses, property launches, and company events
- Analyze marketing performance metrics and prepare regular reports
- Maintain and strengthen the company’s brand identity and market presence
- Collaborate closely with real estate agents and management to support sales targets
- Manage relationships with external vendors, designers, media partners, and agencies
- Stay updated on real estate market trends and competitor activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of marketing experience, preferably in real estate
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media advertising, and content creation
- Experience with CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and analytics tools
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools is an advantage
- Knowledge of the local real estate market is preferred
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
