Manpower Cyprus, on behalf of our client, a leading company in the fast-moving consumer goods sector, is looking to recruit a Brand Manager for full-time employment in Nicosia, Cyprus.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and execute brand strategies to achieve business growth and market share objectives.
Manage and monitor brand performance, sales results, and marketing KPIs.
Plan and implement marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
Collaborate closely with Sales teams to ensure alignment between brand and commercial objectives.
Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
Manage brand budgets and ensure effective return on investment (ROI) for marketing activities.
Prepare regular reports and presentations on brand performance and market developments.
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful execution of brand initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Previous experience in Brand Management within the FMCG, consumer healthcare, pharmaceutical, OTC, vitamins, food supplements, or personal care sectors is a must.
Fluency in Greek and English.
Benefits:
Annual gross salary of €30,000 - €35,000 (paid over 13 salaries).
