A well-established local Group of Companies with activities in Real Estate.
Responsibilities
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Sales and Marketing professional who combines commercial drive with strategic thinking and hands-on execution. The successful candidate will lead direct sales, client engagement and integrated marketing for the Company's real estate developments. The role will span the full customer journey—from generating and converting leads to building lasting client relationships and supporting sales through to completion—while strengthening project visibility and broader commercial objectives. Main responsibilities include:
- Develop and implement integrated sales and marketing strategies for real estate projects and developments, aligned with the Company's commercial objectives
- Manage direct sales activity across the Company's developments, responding to enquiries, qualifying prospects and converting leads into clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, ensuring timely, professional follow-up throughout the customer journey
- Conduct client meetings, presentations and property viewings, understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions to support conversion
- Coordinate the end-to-end sales process with internal teams and external advisers, progressing qualified opportunities from initial enquiry and negotiation through to completion
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, pipeline activity and sales progress, and provide regular forecasts and updates to management for informed decisions
- Support the positioning, branding and key messaging of each development
- Coordinate development launches and integrated campaigns across traditional and digital channels, from positioning and lead generation through to execution and ongoing sales support
- Manage digital marketing activities, including social media, online advertising, email marketing, website content and campaigns designed to generate qualified leads
- Coordinate sales and marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, project collateral, advertisements, signage and creative assets
- Manage agencies and suppliers within agreed budgets, timelines and quality standards
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, the sales pipeline, lead conversion and campaign performance, recommending actions to improve commercial results
Profile of the ideal candidate
- University degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a relevant field
- At least 5 years' experience in a role with similar responsibilities, ideally with exposure to the Real Estate, Property Development or Construction industries
- Proven experience in direct sales, lead conversion, client follow-up and relationship management, ideally involving high-value products or services
- Experience managing the full sales process from initial enquiry and qualification through client meetings, negotiation and completion
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills, with confidence working towards sales targets
- Strong traditional and digital marketing knowledge, with experience developing campaigns that generate qualified leads
- Good understanding of digital advertising, social media, CRM and sales pipeline tools
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build client trust
- Proactive and customer-focused, with sound judgement and consistent follow-up
- Strong planning and coordination skills, with the ability to manage priorities and stakeholders
- Excellent command of Greek and English, both written and verbal
