Administrative Assistant – Real Estate Development & Construction | Larnaca, Cyprus
We are a dynamic and growing real estate development and construction company based in Larnaca, Cyprus, seeking a professional, motivated and versatile Administrative Assistant to work directly with the CEO. This is a unique opportunity to be a key team member in a fast-paced and hands-on environment, contributing to the continued success of our residential and commercial projects.
🧩 Responsibilities:
- Provide general executive assistance to the CEO, ensuring smooth daily operations
- Liaise with government authorities to meet requirements and address issues
- Maintain and organize project documentation and internal reporting systems
- Assist in payroll, budgeting, invoicing, and basic accounting tasks
- Assist in managing suppliers and contractors
- Coordinate office administration
🔧Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel proficiency is required
- Fluent in Greek and English, both written and verbal
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Prior experience in construction, real estate, or project-based industries is preferred
- Understanding of local regulatory procedures and documentation is an asset
