Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Writing & distributing emails, correspondence memos, letters, forms etc
- Prepare drafts, and finalise contracts, agreements, powers of attorney and other legal related documents.
- Manage Title deeds procedure (issuance and transfer)-including preparation-follow up, and representation at the District Lands Office.
- Collection of fees/expenses from clients-preparation/maintaining, update client statements.
- Maintain and update company database-reports.
- Prepare management and administrative reports.
- Maintain digital and physical filing system.
- Assisting with operations of the administration department.
- Manage the opening and periodic reviews of the Group's bank accounts.
- Coordinate with banks for clients KYC/AML procedures.
- Providing general support to clients and visitors.
- Assisting in resolving any administrative problems.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Line Manager.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a similar position.
- Knowledge of MS Office.
- Fluency in Greek and English (written and spoken).
- Familiarity with AML procedures and experience working with banks is a strong advantage.
- Legal knowledge of contract law or experience in a legal setting will be considered an advantage.
- Excellent orginizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Experience in real estate and construction will be considered an advantage.
- Team player and effective communication skills with multiple departments.
