With a strong pipeline of developments underway, we are looking to strengthen our team with a motivated and driven Business Support Officer.

 

Position Summary

As a Business Support Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of the office and ensuring smooth coordination across departments.

This role includes office management, document handling, client support, and assisting internal teams with administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and eager to contribute in a fast-paced environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring an efficient and well-organized working environment
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls
• Maintain and organize documents, files, and records
• Support internal teams with administrative tasks, including document preparation and meeting coordination
• Coordinate with banks, government departments, and service providers
• Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials
• Communicate effectively with internal departments and external stakeholders
• Participate in office-related projects, events, and coordination activities
• Provide administrative support across other group entities, including hotel and restaurant operations, on an ad hoc basis

 

Requirements

• Fluent in Greek and English (written and spoken)
• 1–3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role (experience in real estate is an advantage)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficient in MS Office and comfortable learning new systems
• Professional, proactive, and results-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
