We’re looking for an IT Project Coordinator / QA to join our Tech team.

This role combines responsibilities across project coordination, supplier management, and quality assurance. It is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of business and technology. 
You will play a key role in ensuring smooth delivery, system stability, and high-quality platform performance through effective testing and quality assurance practices.

About the Role

You will act as the bridge between business, technical teams, and external partners, ensuring projects are delivered on time and systems operate reliably. From coordinating integrations to leading QA processes, your work will directly impact the player experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

Project & Coordination

• Own the full project lifecycle — from requirements to delivery
• Translate business needs into clear technical tasks
• Manage timelines and stakeholder expectations
• Coordinate internal teams and external suppliers

Supplier & Platform Management

• Act as the main point of contact for software providers
• Oversee feature releases and platform updates
• Manage CMS configurations and business settings

Integrations

• Coordinate integrations with new game providers
• Manage Payment Processing Systems and related setups

QA & Quality Assurance

• Define and enforce QA processes across systems
• Plan and execute manual and automated test cases
• Validate releases across:
  • CMS
  • Operational back-office systems
  • Frontend
  • Payment Processing Systems
• Monitor post-release performance and troubleshoot issues
• Collaborate with developers to resolve bugs and defects
• Drive automation of repetitive QA tasks
• Ensure consistent regression testing
• Maintain QA documentation and test scenarios

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in iGaming / online gaming (strong advantage)
• Good understanding of CMS systems and API integrations
• Experience with Payment Processing Systems and external vendors
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to balance business and technical priorities
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality
• Experience using AI tools and agents as part of daily workflows to enhance productivity, problem-solving, and efficiency.
• Strong English communication skills
