Vassos Eliades Ltd is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Brand Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

As a Junior Brand Manager, you will:

• Support the development and execution of annual brand plans and marketing campaigns.
• Assist in managing day-to-day brand activities, including promotions and communication.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, consumer behavior, and category performance.
• Work closely with sales and internal teams to ensure successful implementation of brand initiatives.
• Analyze sales data and market reports to identify opportunities and provide recommendations.
• Assist in budget tracking and administrative marketing processes.
• Contribute ideas for brand growth, innovation, and consumer engagement.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, brand management, trade marketing, or a related role, preferably within FMCG.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
• Good understanding of consumer behavior, brand positioning, and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Greek and English Language.
