His content spans gaming, entertainment, toys & games, and family‑friendly themes, attracting top-tier brands such as Samsung, LEGO, and others. With 23M+ YouTube subscribers and billions of views, Jelly is now expanding his commercial operations and seeking dedicated sales support.

About the Role
We are seeking a proactive, commercially minded Sales Manager to support Jelly’s growing brand partnership operations. This role will operate as the primary sales function behind Jelly’s business, working closely with Jelly and his existing management partners.
The position is highly operational and fast-paced, with a strong focus on brand outreach, deal negotiation, inbound opportunity handling, and coordination with agents and campaign managers. You will be responsible for building and managing a sales pipeline, driving new commercial opportunities, and representing Jelly professionally to global brands.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main commercial point of contact for all brand partnership opportunities.
- Manage inbound requests and filter, prioritize, and respond to brand emails with speed and professionalism.
- Proactively reach out to relevant brands with tailored proposals and partnership concepts.
- Build and manage a structured sales pipeline, tracking leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Prepare and deliver pitches, set up calls, lead discussions, and represent Jelly in meetings.
- Negotiate partnership terms, pricing, and scope, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Coordinate with existing agents and campaign managers to ensure alignment and smooth communication.
- Collaborate with legal teams to draft, review, and finalize agreements.
- Support brainstorming and strategic discussions regarding brand integrations and content opportunities.
- Maintain clear documentation of deals, timelines, and contract history.
About You
- Experienced sales professional with background in tech, digital media, advertising, or internet-driven businesses.
- Strong communicator with confidence leading commercial conversations with global brands.
- Able to work independently, carry yourself professionally, and manage relationships end-to-end.
- Extremely fast and responsive on email and messaging — available to react quickly to opportunities.
- Familiarity with contracts, sales agreements, and basic legal terminology.
- Not required: experience as a content creator (though understanding social media trends is a plus).
- Comfortable working part-time, remotely, and in a flexible, dynamic environment.
- Reliable, organized, resilient, and capable of juggling multiple active deals.
- Proactive, commercially driven, and able to articulate why a brand fits Jelly’s audience.
