About the Role: RedMax Technologies Ltd is seeking a technically skilled and motivated
Network Engineer to join our growing team. You will be responsible for the installation,
maintenance, and support of network infrastructure and systems for our clients, working closely
with the broader IT support team to ensure seamless and reliable service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and support network equipment, software, and supporting systems for
company clients
- Provide technical support to clients and partners by troubleshooting network and
connectivity issues across routing, switching and wireless environments
- Assist in implementing and maintaining network security policies, firewall rules, VPN
connectivity, and access control solutions
- Support LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and cloud-connected network environments
- Conduct preventive maintenance, routine checks, and maintain up-to-date records and
documentation for all supported networks
- Deliver training to client and partner staff on network-related topics and best practices
- Collaborate actively within the network support team, contributing to coordination and
knowledge-sharing across all ongoing activities
- Continuously develop technical knowledge and skills; participate in internal and external
training activities as required
- Manage, maintain, and support internal company network and IT systems and
applications
- Participate in the standby/on-call engineer roster as required by the nature of the work

 

What we’re looking for:
- Experience in network engineering, IT infrastructure, or a hands-on technical support role
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, including routing, switching, TCP/IP,
wireless, and network security concepts
- Practical experience with the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of network
systems
- Ability to communicate technical issues clearly to both technical and non-technical users
- Familiarity with firewalls, VPN technologies, and basic network security best practices is
considered an advantage
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and record-keeping
- A collaborative team player who is proactive, reliable, and eager to develop
professionally
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is an
advantage
- Relevant certifications (e.g. CCNA or equivalent) are a plus
