IT Manager

Location: Nicosia
Department: IT
Reports To: Director

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and proactive IT Manager to oversee and support our IT operations in Nicosia. The role focuses on maintaining reliable systems, secure infrastructure, and effective technical support across the company.
 

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on IT experience and knowledge of CRM and Call Center systems.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Provide IT support across the company
• Handle IT-related issues and support requests
• Manage company systems, networks, and infrastructure
• Maintain CRM and Call Center software
• Centralize company data in a secure server environment
• Manage user access rights and permissions
• Improve IT security, including network and data protection
• Install and manage monitoring tools for devices and systems
• Identify system risks and recommend improvements
• Ensure backups, updates, and disaster recovery processes are in place
• Maintain IT documentation and procedures
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding from an IT perspective
• Coordinate with external IT vendors when needed

 

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience as an IT Manager, Systems Administrator, or similar role
• Knowledge of centralized servers and shared data systems
• Strong understanding of IT security and access control
• Experience with monitoring and device management tools
• Ability to support users across multiple locations and time zones
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

 

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced corporate environment
• Knowledge of cloud or hybrid infrastructure
• Familiarity with data protection and compliance standards
