Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible of facilitating service to the guests to the set standards and the highest possible guests’ satisfaction.

 

Qualifications required:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar position
  • Excellent knowledge of English and Greek language. Additional language will be considered as an advantage
  • Excellent communication & organizational skills, interpersonal relationship with customers and the team
  • Self-motivated, punctual and energetic with great listening skills
  • Problem solving ability

 

Duties:

  • The Guest Relations Officer must ensure a consistently high standard of customer service following the guidelines and the Standard Operating Procedures of the department.
  • To have a complete knowledge of the Resort facilities (Hotel, Golf, Spa, Tennis) and to be able to answer guest queries promptly and in knowledgeably manner.
  • Ensure that all customers’ queries, requests and complains are handled in a polite, efficient manner and a high level of customer service is consistently maintained.
  • Work closely and assist the Front Office department
  • Duty Manager shifts
  • Any other duties as reasonably assigned by the Company
