The successful candidate will be responsible of facilitating service to the guests to the set standards and the highest possible guests’ satisfaction.
Qualifications required:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar position
Excellent knowledge of English and Greek language. Additional language will be considered as an advantage
Excellent communication & organizational skills, interpersonal relationship with customers and the team
Self-motivated, punctual and energetic with great listening skills
Problem solving ability
Duties:
The Guest Relations Officer must ensure a consistently high standard of customer service following the guidelines and the Standard Operating Procedures of the department.
To have a complete knowledge of the Resort facilities (Hotel, Golf, Spa, Tennis) and to be able to answer guest queries promptly and in knowledgeably manner.
Ensure that all customers’ queries, requests and complains are handled in a polite, efficient manner and a high level of customer service is consistently maintained.
Work closely and assist the Front Office department
Duty Manager shifts
Any other duties as reasonably assigned by the Company
